I can't think of a reason for anyone In Smithtown going to any other auto body shop. From your incredibly competent front end young ladies to the incredibly cool text messages from my vehicle and the calls from Brian keeping me updated. Outstanding!! A wrecked car is never a good thing.....having it repaired by a great shop eases the pain. Thanks to all who contributed to my quick turnaround. (Everyone in the back) My leased car has been returned looking like new. (Except for the missing turbo logo) Thank you Dick Grzetic 1Lt ( havnt used that in a while)

If the car will not be ready by Friday, someone should call at least by 3 or 4 o'clock, to let you know you will be waiting till Monday for the car. Just as a courtesy. But happy with our experience and the repair.

There has been some scratches on my vehicle after repair. Left disgusting oil/greased paper in my car. After repair my transmission gave out a day after
