Color does not match and alignment of seams could have been better. It is evenire noticeable since the car only has 1500 miles . Lexus recommend you but I sure they will not be satisfied with this repair. Very satisfied with you office staff????

Rear bumper was not completely aligned when I came to pick up car. I had to wait over an hour for the correction to be made and this made me miss something important that I needed to do.

I only came because GEICO brought me. Aside from previous comments, there are approximately 100 extra miles on my odometer that were put on while Bicounty had my car. I know this because I know the odometer reading I had when I dropped off the car and when I picked it up
