My experience with bi county was amazing. The excellent communication with the team when letting me know the status of my car’s repair work was amazing. Angel especially showed great customer service as when I called and asked if they can possibly get the repair done by saturday 05/23 since my rental costs for my car was gonna be a bit too much, they were able to successfully complete it within that time and surprised me. Another team member was Ella im pretty sure and she was also very helpful in her customer service. The full experience was great overall and I would 100% recommend.

Their services are impeccable. Unfortunately, this was the third time I had to bring my car there (by no fault of my own), and they were able to fix it perfectly. Hopefully, I won’t have to use their services again, but if I do, Bi-County would definitely be the auto shop I would use.

My only complaint was my dash cam cameras (front and back) were disconnected and not reconnected. I didn’t notice it for days. The irony of it was my car was being repaired from a hit and run. The cameras were how I identified the other car.

Everyone was very polite and accommodating whenever I spoke to them on the phone. My son-in-law dealt with the staff personally and he said everyone was great. The work turned out very well.

Easy process, Bi County took care of insurance appraiser, great communication with updating me through text and email, repairs were done quickly, car looked great. Loved how clean they had it at pick up, looked and smelled like new. Everyone was kind at front desk. I would recommend
