Easy process, Bi County took care of insurance appraiser, great communication with updating me through text and email, repairs were done quickly, car looked great. Loved how clean they had it at pick up, looked and smelled like new. Everyone was kind at front desk. I would recommend

Everything went smoothly, from the estimate to the repair. When I dropped off my car, the rental was there waiting for me. I was told the repair would take a week, and sure enough 7 days later my car was ready. Picking up my vehicle went just as smoothly. I was able to the leave the rental there to be picked up. My car looks great, I am very happy with the outcome !!
