Bigsky customer’s service is the best. First time I’ve been involved in a car crash. Called Bigsky Collision at East Valencia Rd and Carlos answered the phone. He answered every question about what I need to bring, when and about a car rental. Best of all, Carlos also speaks Spanish. English is my second language, so for me, that is an A+ for Carlos. Friendly staff. I can’t remember her name, but a young lady explained to me each item I had to authorize and answer all my questions and believe me, I asked a lot. She also made all the arrangements for the rental car and asked the Company for a similar SUV because I need car with a trunk big enough so a big size wheelchair can fit . Need to say that less than 20 minutes later Enterprise was there with a similar SUV. A lady, that I think is the owner, helped my impaired husband when he tried to stand. Nice gesture from her. Although this was a first for me I think the job was done quickly and get my car ready soon. Bigsky Collision: Highly recommended.

Miguel was awesome. Whole staff was great. Brought my car in for a part replacement because I just didn’t have the time or equipment to do it myself but they squeezed me in and got me situated in 30 minutes. Will definitely be coming back!

Big sky was super they did an excellent job on our repairs. They were very professional and so reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them if you have any repairs to be done. I gave them a 9 only because their was some slight communication issues other than that. AWESOME WORK 👍😎
