The Body work done was exceptional and the fact that I got my car back cleaner than when I brought it in was a huge plus! Only negative, and this was partially my fault, there were 3 baseball caps that were sitting in the back window that are missing, 2 of them, a phillies cap and a tweety bird cap, belonged to my parents who passed away in 2013, so there was sentimental value there. Again, partially my fault for leaving them in the car. Also, the rear hatch netting was missing too, but that too I should have removed. Overall, great work!! Thank you.

From the moment I brought the car in for evaluation to the moment the car was given back good as new, service was excellent. They clearly explained the work that needs to be done and any possibility of extra work, making sure you understand everything they are explaining to you. They also do an excellent job of cleaning the car inside and out before they return it to you. Nobody wants to have to have body work done, but if you do, Big Sky is the place to have it done!!

Despite all the problems with the insurance company, my car was repaired in a reasonable amount of time and done well. I would never know there had been a problem. I was treated like a valued customer and I felt like you were working for me, making sure I was satisfied.
