The repair time was unacceptable. Maybe if expectations were set up front, it would be better but they were not. 13 days on the estimate and it took 31 days.

The work was well done. The first paint was not to their satisfaction and they got one that worked better with no extra cost for me. They also cleaned the outside of my car and vacuumed the inside. Very nice people. Even gave me a ride home.

Xavier was awesome. The insurance we had to deal with was awful and a pain. He had to be my advocate to get the proper parts and safety features calibrated correctly. I feel much safer driving my car knowing Big Sky fixed it!
