I recently got rear-ended and brought my 2007 Honda Civic to Big Sky Collision Center for repairs, and I’m so glad I chose them. They did absolutely amazing work from start to finish. They identified all the damaged parts, explained clearly what needed to be repaired, and ordered everything right away. The entire process was smooth and timely. The quality of their work blew me away — the back of my car literally looks brand new. The paint job is flawless, and you’d never guess my Civic had been hit. The customer service was just as impressive. The owner, Xavier, was professional, personable, and incredibly kind. He kept in constant communication and even sent me daily updates with pictures throughout the repair process so I always knew exactly what was happening. They also went above and beyond by vacuuming my car, which they didn’t have to do but was such a thoughtful extra touch. And the handwritten thank-you card from Xavier and his family was the cherry on top — so genuine and appreciated. If you need any kind of auto body repair, I highly recommend Big Sky Collision Center. They take pride in their work, treat their customers with care, and truly go the extra mile.
