Owner quoted me a price and I brought the vehicle back for repairs. I dropped off the vehicle expecting to pay for the quoted price. By the time I got home which is 30 miles away, I received a phone call from Melissa telling me that the owner forgot to add the price of a new head light on the original quote. This headlight was $790 more. I had no choice but agree to pay that since I could not make it back for three days. As it turned out, the original headlamp was not in very bad shape. Kind of like the ole bait and switch tactic.
