From the moment I dropped off my vehicle to the time of pick up, Xavier and his staff were incredible! My 2016 Nissan Pathfinder was previously hit by another vehicle in my rear drivers side quarter panel and ended up needing repair. Xavier offered me a ride home since I lived close and gave me a ride home personally when he saw nobody from his staff was available at the time on a Saturday morning. I would highly recommend this company as it is the most professional and customer oriented that I have ever personally experienced . As your car gets worked on, both photos and videos are sent to either your phone or email if preferred. I had a trip coming up so Xavier and his staff worked until 10PM painting the area the night before pickup and and the morning and early afternoon sanding down the area and reassembling the Pathfinder ensuring it would be ready for a 4:30PM pickup. Xavier and his staff did work well above and beyond than what was required. For example, his staff was able to remove a glass stain on the drivers side glass windshield, cleaned the engine until it was shining, removed stains from the interior rear of the vehicle caused by the dirty wheels of a child stroller, meticulously cleaned all of the interior of the vehicle as the entire vehicle looked even better and shinier than it was when it was purchased new. Incredible service and well worth knowing that my vehicle was in such professional hands. I would highly recommend Xavier’s shop for any big job or small whether you live in the Rita Ranch area or anywhere in town. Another aspect about Xavier that is worth noting is that Xavier does only for your vehicle what is required and not extra work that is unnecessary for him to make more money. That’s why It is quick to see that Xavier has such a passion for autos and is a customer’s biggest advocate. When it looked like my vehicle might not be ready in time, Xavier was willing to offer to pay for a rental vehicle until it was ready. Needless to say, Xavier and his staff worked long hours to get the job done. A final aspect worth mentioning is the fact that he used to write for USAA. As a result Xavier is amazing for negotiating with companies like USAA and other auto insurance companies in getting your claim funded and closed. I am extremely happy to know that I have found an amazing shop where I can take my vehicle if it is ever in need of servicing. Kudos to Xavier and his staff!!! My family is most appreciative!

Xavier and his BigSky crew are amazing. First off I’d like to say that I have never seen a bodyshop so clean. I was very impressed with all off the Top of the line equipment, the communication Xavier and his office staff provide is out of this world. I was updated on a regular basis with videos and photos. I expected my car to be ready on a Friday and got it back mid week, that right there was a huge bonus for me since I was paying out of pocket for my rental. All in all it was the best experience I’ve ever had. And.... my car looks absolutely amazing!!!! Great job BigSky you have earned yourselves a life long customer.
