From start to finish the customer service was great. I was kept informed of the progress and notified immediately of any changes. When my vehicle was complete and I went to pick it up I found out that they had cleaned it from top to bottom!

Tried returning my truck to me with embarrassing quality, lop sided bumper

Requested photos a month before drop off to order parts in advance but didn’t order them. Lied about the pickup date 4 times. At pickup on dec 26th, quality was poor so Javier requested to keep it for “1 more day” which would have been fine, but the 7 more days needed exceeded the 30day rental maximum and cost me additional $120 for the rental vehicle. Can’t provide honest turnaround time or do the repair correct the first time so it costs me more time and money.. could have been remediated with better customer service
