My car looks better than it did prior to my accident and repair. There was some sun damage throughout the front and back, but the guys did a really good job in paying attention to detail. Even the back of the car(which wasn’t damaged) looks like they blended the paint in a bit so the damage isn’t as evident as it once was. The paint job is flawless and it doesn’t look like it’s been in an accident.

Big sky collision center exceeded all my expectations. I have never been in a car accident before, I had no idea what to do or where to start. Once I got in contact with the other drivers insurance and they got me hooked up with big sky, I was taken care of by Dee. She answered all my questions with so much patience, and if she didn’t have the answer, she would get one and contact me back. She took steps my adjuster should have taken to help me, but my adjuster was hard to contact. Dee and Xavier kept in contact and gave me photo updates as things came along with my car, estimates and all that. While all my friends and family were assured my car would be totaled out, big sky found everything repairable and made everything look better than it did when it entered their shop, which really meant a lot to me because my car is almost paid off. This is the fourth review I have left for this facility and I still can’t find the words to show how appreciative I am of their attention to detail, willingness to help, professionalism and honesty. While I live an hour and a half away, I do fully intend on using big sky collision center as my designated shop should we ever need their services in the future, and will recommend them to anybody I can.

I was generally satisfied with the repair and the service. The big glitch came at the end when I was informed that the battery had been replaced. I had just bought and installed a brand new battery 2 weeks before being taken to the shop. The tech said it had a sticker indicating that it was from 2020; I don't know what he saw, but I know for certain that it was a new battery. I would have liked a phone call when this happened to inform me of this, and I could have verified that it was a new battery. Ultimately, insurance agreed with me and refunded the cost of the new battery.

The actual repair work is exceptional and back to like-new condition. The body work, paint and electrical are all great.

The service overall was very good. Communication at the beginning was great with photos of the progress and weekly calls or texts. As time was extended due to more damage than anticipated, I had to initiate the phone calls to check on the repair progress.

Very happy with the entire experience at Big Sky!! Javier the owner is very knowledgable and takes the time to talk through exactly what’s going to be done. Dee in the office who does a phenomenal job supporting the admin process and as a team they make any communication via phone or in person a joy. They send a ton of pictures and videos throughout the process keeping up to date and letting you see the quality of the work being done, full transparency. This place has top notch customer service and workmanship that is hard to find nowadays in any industry. I certainly hope i don’t need to use them again, but I can rest easy now knowing if in need paint and body again I have a shop I can trust. On a side note, if you like purple this shop is definitely for you, I never used their facilities, but I am guessing they have a purple seat and toilet paper too. :)
