Working in customer service myself this company has a way higher ethic that I’ve seen in a long time dealing with the public. As a matter of fact, the Insurance people that I’m dealing with due to an accident that sent me to Biks in the first place, hung up on me and said I gotta go, . I have other calls. These guys explained everything and when I had worries about the damage that was done to my car they even addressed that.. I just had another Customer Service encounter at a dealership where I took my car to get it inspected and all they really cared about was replacing $3 bulbs at labor charge $20 a pop for each one. I had two of them needless to say they didn’t care about me. They even wouldn’t take the coupon that I got cause I left it at home which I understand, but they were cold and communicated to me only by email and then when I didn’t answer the email they came and got me in the Customer Service room and finally talk to me, but we’re not like these guys at Biks these guys took me through every step of the way so I give them a congratulations on the highest Mark of Customer Service ever thanks Mike thanks guys. Blessings.
