My entire experience with caliber was professional, from the minute I walked into the door, the updates that were sent to my phone keeping me updated on his progress until it's final completion , which I was totally satisfied and it was done four days earlier than what they previously said. I am totally pleased with my final outcome.And I will be you telling my friends about caliber.

My recommendation is actually a ZERO

This will take a while to explain. Let’s get started, I would have given 4 stars but in the end it was ZERO stars. With a promise date of 4 weeks it would have been 4 stars but when the date came and they realized that a seatbelt needed to be replaced an the promise date changed to 7 more days, then 10 , then 17, then 23 days I changed it to 2 stars. When I pick up my car after 4 more days and when shopping for groceries my wife asked what is that hanging down under the car. After I inspected it the driver side wheel well covered was shredded and on the front passenger side was missing a clamp/screw also. So I changed my review to 1 star. The lebanon store ordered a replacement and installed it 4 days later. When my wife tried to sit on the front seat she had to remove dirt and particles. So my final review went to ZERO stars. Having worked as a manager I knew that “ people don’t do what you expect but what you inspect “ I blame the managers of Lebanon and Lemoyne shops for not inspecting the work. My car looks amazing and almost new but failure to inspect it before letting be “Good to go” hurts my review. So if they had finished it after the original 4 weeks I would have given it 4 stars (5 stars if finished in 3 weeks) but almost 8 weeks and I have to return to have it fixed right results in ZERO stars.

I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish! I dropped my vehicle off on Monday, and the entire process was easy, convenient, and efficient. The front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain everything so I knew exactly what to expect. Mike came out to meet with me, thoroughly reviewed the repair process, handed me his business card, and encouraged me to call or text him if I had any questions. That level of communication immediately put me at ease. On Tuesday, I called with a few concerns. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind and patient. He listened carefully, answered all of my questions, and walked me through possible solutions. His customer service was exceptional. When I picked up my vehicle, the same gentleman greeted me again. He carefully reviewed my receipt, explained the repairs that had been completed, and made sure I understood everything. Mike then walked me out to my vehicle and showed me the finished repairs. The workmanship was excellent, and my car looked fantastic. I am extremely pleased with how smooth and stress-free the entire experience was. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing great customer service. I was also thrilled that my vehicle was completed in just four days! Thank you to Mike and the entire Caliber Collision team for a job well done. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality repairs and outstanding customer service!
