It took far to long and there were too many issues with the communication for me to recommend returning to the shop should I need any further repairs in the future.

The staff at Caliber are very kind, however, communication became an issue the longer my vehicle was at the shop. Initially, the vehicle was to be completed on June 26. The morning of June 26, after having made arrangements to pick up my vehicle, I called in to check on pick up time. I was informed that the vehicle would not be ready for several more weeks. This lack of communication caused a large issue as we were planning on having our vehicle back and had returned our rental vehicle since we were paying some charges for that out of pocket.

Everyone was super pleasant to interact with. Amanda was very helpful with her explanations, and I appreciated that they were able to get my car done a little faster than initially expected!

Amanda and the team went above and beyond for me and my vehicle. I have ZERO complaints. Amanda stayed in touch with me daily and completely understood my desire to be completely informed throughout the whole process. It was streamlined effortlessly and I can't be more thankful and grateful for everyone at Caliber Collision in Mechanicsburg! My car was done within a week & the whole process was super easy.
