I’m a returning customer to Bik’s. Different cars and different deer, but the same problem, a vehicle that needed to be assessed and repaired. Both times Bik’s manager the entire process from estimates, to dealing with the insurance company, to repairs. Throughout the entire process they kept the lines of communication open, answered all of my questions, and gave an honest estimation of how long the entire process would take. Beyond the five-star professionalism, and the top notch work that they do as a team, Mike himself goes the extra mile to make sure you understand exactly what is going on with your vehicle.
