We are a Ford Certified Collision Network facility and we are I-CAR Gold Class Certified. We have the most up to date tooling and equipment to handle today's hi-tech vehicles. We are especially proficient in aluminum repair. We have an amazing paint shop and can handle oversize vehicles like the Hi-Top Ford Transit van. All of our fresh paint work goes through a two-step wet sanding and polishing process. All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned. We proactively communicate with customers via text messaging. We offer shuttle rides to and from the shop and have 40 late model vehicles in our Ford Courtesy Transportation Program. We will provide courtesy vehicles at no charge when a person doesn't have rental coverage.

As always we were treated like we were Bill Brown's only Customer. Everyone was very cordial from stepping into the Body Shop, with the greating, adjuster, and person who notified me my car was ready. Everything went as promised, ordering the part, receiving it the following day, receiving a phone call to make an appointment for the following day to bring the car in. The appointment was at1:00 for the repair and I was quoted that it would take 20 minutes, the repair was completed within 20 minutes. All took place as promised, this shows that all Bill Brown staff is on top of their A Game, and this is why we just keep wanting to come back to Bill Brown's Body Shop. Keep up the EXCELLENT work.

The parts of my car that Bill Brown repaied look like new, even though the rest of the car is still old. It did take a while, because they need the vehicle before they will order the parts. But they gave me a loaner so my life was not disrupted. And when I got the car back they had even cleaned the inside! Everyone I dealt with there was kind and helpful. Thanks!
