We are a Ford Certified Collision Network facility and we are I-CAR Gold Class Certified. We have the most up to date tooling and equipment to handle today's hi-tech vehicles. We are especially proficient in aluminum repair. We have an amazing paint shop and can handle oversize vehicles like the Hi-Top Ford Transit van. All of our fresh paint work goes through a two-step wet sanding and polishing process. All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned. We proactively communicate with customers via text messaging. We offer shuttle rides to and from the shop and have 40 late model vehicles in our Ford Courtesy Transportation Program. We will provide courtesy vehicles at no charge when a person doesn't have rental coverage.

Although the initial manager was not only rudedisrespectful but he painted my car two different colors, when I brought it to his attention he acted like I was crazy for noticing the fact that he messed up, thank goodness for Chris, because once they fixed the color my paint started peeling so I took it back and Chris had it taken care of.
