We are also direct repair shops for numerous insurance company's. We also provide a warranty on all workmanship. I am disappointed from start to finish of this 3 month experience. The lack of care of customer satisfaction is beyond me. Then we leave with the vehicle yesterday, get home, and realize the left back tail light is BROKEN- cracked and not working. We refuse to bring it back to Bill Hood Collision, so we are paying out of pocket for their mistake. This is ridiculous. They have misdiagnosed the original damage, did not want to take accountability, and we had to pay out of pocket for their mistake steering wheel which was a major inconvenience. Now the tail light. As I said, I refuse to bring our vehicle back. I do not recommend this place at all.

They had my vehicle 2 1/2 weeks which was longer than the estimated time. I received several texts saying they were on schedule then when the deadline passed I never heard from them. I had to call for updates. When I went to pick it up, one of the repairs wasn’t even completed. I had to wait in their office over an hour while they fixed it.
