Everything went perfectly; everyone was nice, professional, polite, and helpful. It was the best customer service experience I have ever had. They explained everything and guided me to the rental place; actually, they walked me to the rental place, which wasn't very far. It was on-site, which made it convenient. The people at the rental place were also friendly and professional and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend them to customers and give you guys a five-star review.
