Peter was outstanding,he was attentive, took the time to answer my questions and made me feel supported throughout the process. My main concern with Ethan was communication and follow-through. He was courteous and helpful when I spoke with him, but there were several times when he said he would get back to me and I never received an update, requiring me to call multiple times. After I addressed the issue, his communication improved, which I appreciated. Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of proactive communication, but I truly appreciated Peter’s excellent customer service.
