Miss aligned panels, missing engine cover, exhaust leaks and rattles, ac not working, window tint scratches, fog lights not installed properly and was told thats how it came from factory when its clear as day that it did not, also scratched my car and refuses to admit that they did it

Jerry Pena, the manager,was professional, friendly, approachable, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Dain, who oversaw the repair work, did an excellent job. What stood out most was how diligent the team was about keeping me posted on all updates. I never had to wonder about the status of my vehicle; communication was consistent and clear the whole way. On top of that, the repair was completed ahead of schedule, which was a huge help. I will highly recommend this shop for anyone needing quality collision repair.
