Ivan was open and transparent about body repair needs. We were forwarned that internal parts may or may not need to be replaced. We celebrated the wins and took the hits on the chin because there were no surprises. We had constant updates and pictures of what was found and work performances thereafter. Our vehicle was repaired to the original manner any owner would be proud to talk about. I recommend Ivan and his crew 100% without hesitation! He is very personable and keeps his both his shop and office space profesional and clean. We were so happy with the work that was done, that we cleaned out the vehicle we drove there with, and made arrangements for the next job to be done! As stated previously we drive one and half hours or about 70 miles, one way, for the services that Redline offers. We have been to other shops, even ones offered by brand name manufacturers. They do not compare in cleanliness or response time with communications. Redline offers personalized services because they care about their customers and the services show it!

We drive one and half hours, one way, to have Redline take care of our vehicles. They not only do body work repair, but offer detailing as well. I just took my 2018 F350 Super Duty Limited to Redline and "Black Beauty" came home looking like a shiny penny. You will have no regrets choosing Redline for your personalized vehicle needs.

I appreciate the detail and care that went into making sure I had a car that was like new again. The only downside was that it took a long time to complete. I even appreciate them taking a few hundred dollars off of my copay due to the extended wait.
