Great Customer Service from the moment I brought in my vehicle for repair. I was backed into from someone leaving their driveway right in the middle of a house move. We needed our vehicle back for multiple trips back and forth. The staff understood our issue, gave us an immediate review of damage, and helped facilitate all requirements with the other persons insurance company. The Surprise Sands Collision staff was highly effective, efficient, and with great customer facing skills. What a pleasure to deal with them! The staff at the Glendale location that actually did the repair was also a 10/10. We received our vehicle back in less than a week, and it was repaired in an excellent fashion. I was updated frequently on status, and I can't say enough about how well both locations performed.
