We recently had my husband’s truck repaired at Sands Chevrolet following a vehicle collision, and we could not be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. The truck looks absolutely amazing — you would never know it had been in an accident! What really stood out to us, though, was the exceptional customer service we received from Lucas at Sands. He consistently called with updates and went above and beyond to keep us informed throughout the entire repair process. Having someone communicate so well and make sure we knew what was happening every step of the way made an already stressful situation so much easier.
