I had service work done as well this day. The plastic guard for the oil pan had come down (assuming from the impact dammage from the same side (RF). I told both the service department who had to see it as well as the service staff upstairs and it was re attached but damaged still. This repair should have been done while in either department in my opinion as its dammage from the accident and should have been covered in the estimated service OR clearly falls under my warranty and I had Oil & filters done. I hope this gets resolved as I notice Friday after hours and then the holiday weekend. I'm not happy to have to drive back for such a simple fix.

Great service in shop. But again, communications between departments can be improved greatly. It was the personal touches while I was in shop that keep me from rating these lower in fact. I assume I'm not the only driver from out of town and it would be nice if getting service done like routine maintenance (oil,rotation, etc) and then have car rental and repair at least able to transfer a call to eachother. I LOVE my car. And I really Like this dealership. Give everyone a brief course on importance of inter dept communications. It took me a lot longer than it should have to work out the services together with a lot of "call back and ask for this...."

My only hesitation is the inside of my car smelled very musty as in it had gotten wet. Not sure if the carpets were cleaned and then the car windows were shut or if it was exposed to rain. I aired it out, left the windows down and it is smelling better now.
