While my truck was in service the tech had broken something on my front end as we found out later, mean while I get a call from Ann my service advisor telling me I need to replace some front steering parts that would cost me $700 to repair, after a long conversation about my steering linkage needing to be replaced which I told them no way I just had everything fixed not even 2 years ago management got involved and come to find out it was his fault!! So if I was some stupid old man that didn't know better you may have gotten one over on me long story short you fixed it for free BUT YOUR INTEGRITY SUCKS!! THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS BERRY IN THE BODY SHOP HE TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF ME GOOD JOB BERRY
