It's because of the paint and the security code.

My back bumper was repaired beautifully but they did not match the paint all around...my back end/bumper is a glossy white while the rest of my car is more of a matte white. Plus they did not enter the security code to reset my alarm/radio.

Satisfied with repairs done to damages caused by collision however when I got home I noticed new scratches on the trunk that were not there before. It's as if something heavy/ big was placed on the trunk
