I would definitely recommend Bill, Luke in their autobody department and I would recommend that you contact Maggie and let her handle everything even if you have service request. Anything else she makes it happen I don't know about some of the other people in the other departments, but she definitely makes it happen.

Maggie is amazing. She goes over and beyond to make sure to stay in contact her customer service skills are amazing. She made sure that my vehicle was clean when I received it. She's one of the only people there that stays in contact with communication. She responds when you leave her a message. She gets things done quickly. If you guys had more of her, I'm sure the owner would be ecstatic. I wish I had some of her working for me, but I'm a general contractor couldn't say more about her and this is the second interaction I've had with her and she's made me happy both times I've been there. Good job Maggie.

They did an excellent job. I’m replacing the bumper. Everything matches up perfectly. My headlights now are in the proper positioning so I can see the whole road. They did it in a timely matter and as soon as it was finished, got a hold of me I really appreciated that they finished about where they said they would be done and I thank them for all that work they did and how good it turned out.

Front reception and claims ajuster was so polite and professional. Promised the vehicle completed in 7 days and it was completed in 4 days.
