Due to the dents in the hood that were simply painted over and not fixed after I paid to have them fixed and then the customer service being so bad with the exception of Kenny, I just don't know. I only gave a 3 because of Kenny. Otherwise I would have given a 1. I just feel that Kenny did his best as far as getting my vehicle in and done etc. Very nice guy.

My hood which was previously fixed at your facility prior till now was badly oxidized, therefore it was under warranty for this visit. The manager Kenny called me on the phone and informed me that he found some dents on the hood after stripping off my American flag decal which I wasn't aware of. He quoted me $200 to repair those dents in the hood which I had no problem paying for since black paint shows EVERYTHING. The problem is when I picked my vehicle up there were at least two (2) small dents in the hood which I immediately pointed out to Kenny. They stuck out like a sore thumb. So I paid to make sure this didn't happen and one would think that they would have caught that and not allow it to be returned to the customer like that. So basically I paid money for work that was not fully completed. Other than that the hood looks great.
