Poor communication , and never tell me when my vehicle was gonna be done. The only reason I knew it was done is because the insurance company told me to bring back the rental car and it seemed like they were bothered every time I would call to try to get an update. Misty is the only personnel I have had a positive experience with because she was able to get my car back to me on Saturday and not have to wait until Monday when it was just waiting to be detailed.
