People there are nice, and office is very clean

Due to difficulty of getting parts, it took one month and twenty-three days ( June 17 -- August 10 ) for Billion Collision Center to repair my Ford F150 after StateFarm transfered it from Clinton Auto. I think Billion Collision Center did their best to repair my truck. Office manager Jennifer is very decent, and shop manager Janice is friendly.

I may consider taking my car there for other services even though it is a competing brand. My experience with the Ford dealer in town was the complete opposite.

The staff are courteous, helpful, and make you feel welcome. I was amazed to get my car back with a great paint match but that was topped when I climbed inside. The interior was vacuumed, EVERYTHING was wiped down and it felt like the car had been fully detailed. I was amazed!
