The body work is good but some how one of my turtle decals on out side my car was missing. Who clean car didn't put things back where they took them from. You did get done before you said it work be done and I was greatful for that

The truck needed an outright rear bumper replacement, and body work done from a unique dent. It was returned with 1 week, and it was even washed and vacuumed!

The body repair for the tailgate and the bumper along with the box panel were great. But when I dropped the truck off I said that since the impact the lefthand turn signal wasn't working correctly meaning the flasher would flash very fast and part of the brake light and taillight on the drive side weren't working correctly. The taillight was replaced but still didn't work so I had to fix it my self. Also when the box rail cover was put back on it was 3/8 of an inch to far back so I had to fix that myself also. These were things that were included in the quote for the repair. Also when I picked our truck up not sure why everything was taking out of the drivers door pocket and set on the passenger seat but I also noticed that the large tray for the center console was soaked and water was puddled like our window was left open so I had to take care of that also. And last thing when I was called saying our truck was ready I said that I had stopped by the parking lot to see if it was done the Friday evening just 4 days before I got called I told the person who called me that the tailgate wouldn't open and was told it would be looked and fixed when we came to pick it up the following Friday. Well when we came to pick it up it wasn't fixed so we had to come back later that day to pick it up.
