Dropped off truck 11-20, I was told it will be done by 12/23….01/06, I was told new parts that was installed was defective…keep in my nd that I was the one calling every time for updates and sometimes waiting for 3 days for a call back…escalated to management, no call back…I was just told to be patient…insurance paid them and we still waited 3 weeks to get the truck. I am not happy with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.

John and Devlin were very helpful. I was ill and they came to my home to pick up my edge for repair. They kept me informed during the time they were working on my car and with my insurance company. My car looked better than it did when I bought it in 2018. I was very pleased with their concern.
