it was excellent in the end after I made comments about how poor it was in the beginning. I would be told the would keep me updated throughout the whole deal and promised phone call that never came. I finally was very blunt about the poor customer service and definitely made a stated about receiving a survey. it started at 0 but I will give it a 7 for how it finished.

We recieved the best service imaginable. From the two guys in the parts department to the entire staff in Collison. We originally had gone to Crash Champions. CC scammed an estimate was $17k they said totally our vehicle which has a $21k value. They scammed State Farm. We had to fight our insurance to move our vehicle to BK Ford. Once we were at BK, our nightmare was over. When I say the entire staff was professional, I mean from entering the door I felt this was a safe space for a woman to go without being scammed and harassed into a decision. I don't know how else to say it. I, Jerrilinn, David's wife, was harassed by CC and they tried to force me to sign our vehicle away. We bought our vehicle from BK. I knew they treated us fairly and called State Farm with facts that Ford still makes replacement parts. BK repaired the damage I did to my husband's truck for less than half the previous quote. Our, my husband's Honey Truck is perfect! They matched the paint, pinstripes, Everything perfect! I have an 2000 Ford Expedition. Ford is an excellent product! When I can, I will replace her with an Explorer from BK. The Sales means nothing if you can't trust the Service! We know we can fully trust Bird Kultgen Fords Sales to Full Service and Collision! Thanks to the great staff and service in Collision!
