No one stayed in contact with me, I had to call several times to find out the status of my car, except for the time when she called and said, I could come and get itt.I I did not know that the headlight had to be substituted or whatever it was they told me that made a delay, and in the meantime I was having to pay insurance on my rental car at 20% per day of what my insurance didn’t cover. I had a $500 deductible, which is bad enough but it turned out that I had to put out nearly $800 instead. That did not settle real well with me.

Very happy with how friendly and helpful all of the staff was that I talked with from the owner acknowledging me the minute I entered the office to the gals in the office! They all did a great job and repair looks great. I feel they went above and beyond to help us get the best results on our 2022 Ram pick up truck 😊
