Isaiah did a great job communicating the process. I really appreciated that he called on the Friday before a holiday (Labor Day) to share that a tech took the day off so the final process would be delayed. I called the Tuesday morning after Labor Day to better understand the timing that my car might be available on Weds to plan. He was transparent that he wasn’t sure and committed to letting me know before the end of the day and did call me that afternoon to set up a pick up the next morning.
