Isiah and his team went above and beyond. Getting a car fixed through insurance is NEVER an easy process, but he somehow made it seamless. Even coordinated the rental car drop off for me so I didn’t have to get someone to come with me. I’d give 10000000 gold stars if I could.

I had a great experience with my X1 repair. The entire team took an interest in providing a smooth transition from dropping off my car to getting a rental vehicle and finally picking my X1. My car was returned ahead of schedule and received a full detail. I feel like I just got a brand new vehicle. Isaiah was great with handling my repair and communication throughout the process. My car needed work due to an auto accident and he was so helpful in coordinating with my insurance to make sure all the necessary repairs were complete.
