I had to call to several times to find out when my SUV would be ready. It was laughed off when I said I emailed Kenny and got no response and Stanley told me that it looked like they dropped the ball and never called me with updates. That’s poor communication with your customer.

Great staff, good service and my van came back in immaculate condition and on schedule, which was most important for me. I did receive initial e-mail notice on car being checked in, but did not really get any updates on Carwise (?) until the vehicle was ready for pick-up. Maybe a little bit more interim update would have been better since I had a date I needed my van back for, would have eased any anxiety on the timing. Overall great service, great quality and will be back for sure.
