My employer whos cars i bring in asked me to leave a review. this has been buying BMW"s since 1990 and the experience we had trying to fix her brand new $150,000 2023 760i was horrible. she got the car in October and the someone hit her 2 weeks after that and then the car spent more time in the shop since then than we have had the car. i was also told it would be 4-12 days to fix and it ended up being 4 weeks and they cancled the bumper they ordered for us some how and then had to ordr it again so that added 2-3 weeks and then at the end they never painted it when they got the bumper. they waited until the car was there to and forgot the fender which added another few days.and almost $6,000 instead of the $3500 we were quoted. we have brought one more car to this location to see if they can fix it and if that goes bad again i can tell you we wont be buying more BMW's or getting the ones we do have fixed up locally anymore.

The customer service is very good. However the repair was completed in about 6 weeks as opposed to 2 weeks which was the original estimate. I understand that additional parts were needed and could not be obtained in what I considered to be a timely fashion. My insurance company covered my car rental expenses for 30 days and the additional time was at my expense. I realize that this is not the fault of Bloomfield Collision but it was costly and inconvenient. I wish I had been given a more accurate estimate of the time required to obtain parts and complete the repair.
