Blossom Valley Collision LLC. has been in business since 2001 and the owners carry more than 50 years of combined auto repair experience. We are certified with multiple vehicle automakers like Ford, GM, Dodge, Chrysler, Honda, Nissan, Infiniti, Subaru, Hyundai, ETC. and we are also aluminum certified. Our techs as well as service writers continue to take annual training to stay up with the constant industry automotive changes. Our goal is to get to repair the vehicle back to industry standards while providing our customer with the high customer service and are proud to be serving the Silicon & Evergreen Valley area for over 19 years. They did a good job in repairing the vehicle. Staffs are nice & accommodating & explain the process process of the repairs. Tino , the person assigned to us / handles the vehicle In processing all the materials needed & all the documents, is nice and always inform us the status of our vehicle. 👍👍👍

The staff is friendly, but the scheduling process is extremely inconvenient. They only allow car drop-offs two days a week, which makes it very difficult for people who work full-time to bring their car in. What was most frustrating was the inconsistency with appointment policies. I was told I could not be even a few minutes late for my appointment, yet when I arrived on time, the staff was running late and I was left waiting, which disrupted my own schedule. To make matters worse, another customer arrived about 10 minutes late and was still allowed to keep their appointment. Clear and fair scheduling rules should apply to everyone. Better organization and flexibility would greatly improve the experience.
