Kelah took care of this case with an excellent customer service. She took in our Toyota Matrix needing a catalytic converter replacement, and offered towing service as well as Uber pick-up. In addition, the car had been washed and cleaned when I picked it up.

What frustrated me most was the lack of proactive communication. I was not kept updated, and I did not receive a clear or realistic expectation for the repair timeline. When I visited onsite, I also did not feel that the staff were very helpful in explaining how the repair would be handled or what the process would look like. Overall, the communication and customer service did not meet my expectations.
