Everyone was nice and professional. The repairs were completed within a week. When the car was returned it was clean in and out. I highly recommend Blossom Valley Collision for body repair.

Quality of repair was very good.. however had to go to dealer when there was SOS repair needed on dashboard.. repair took too long in my estimation.. had expense of rental car for one month

The car repairs were completed on time. I later had to come back another day and point out that they were missing a small piece on the inside of my door. They ordered the part and I need to go in and get it put on. Also, the window is not going up and down properly. I am still in the process of trying to get the window fixed from the body shop. Also, next time I started the car after I got the car out of the shop. I had a dead battery. While I was there at the car repair shop another day when I pointed out the window is not working properly. They did let me buy a battery from O’Reillys at cost so they gave me their discount because of the dead battery.
