The only issue and it’s not big is that we were told that blue paint would be added to the damage on the trunk. This was not part of the insurance claim. I think the sales associate forgot to do it.

The main repair was good. But I had requested an estimate for a unrelated prior damage, which you wrote up. Unfortunately your shop did not deliver on that repair. All you did was buff and brush some paint on it.I was willing to pay out of pockect. Very disappointed. 😞
