They did great work. The process from start to finish was flawless. They did all the work with coordinating with our insurance company. It was a very nice surprise to see the cleaned our truck inside and out. Great attention to detail!

I enjoyed blue collision up until the date of my pickup. I was told it would be ready at 3:30 and they would call - I had to call to check in and then was told it would be ready at 4. I arrived at 4 and had to wait 20 min for it to be ready. I was also told I would get a discount because of the length of time it took for my car to be fixed (one month), when I went to pay I had to ask for a discount and they made me state how much of a discount I wanted. It put me in an awkward position and I was not prepared to guide the business on what discount they should give me.

Very clean professional shop, my car was hit by a garbage hauler, and that garbage hauling company took care of the financial part. The price was reasonable from what I was quoted elsewhere...and I am completely satified with the workmanship & paint color match...good job
