It’s only been about a week since I got my vehicle back and so far things are great! Physically you would never know my vehicle had been in an accident. I was without my vehicle for nearly two months, and the staff was always polite and helpful when I called once a week for a quick update. I am still hearing a noise from my brakes which I was told was just some rust on the brakes from the vehicle having sat idle for a bit. It should get worn down as I drive, but I’ll be contacting them within the week if the noise hasn’t gone away just to see if it takes more time or there is anything that can be done manually to get rid of the noise. Overall, I liked my experience with Blue Line.

Repair work is an10 so far. Wait time was 2 months at the shop. Seems like a 2. I understand not totally controllable by you , but maybe the vehicle was drivable during the 2 month wait?

There were two small door dings not covered the insurance claim. Instead of calling us to see if we wanted to cover the cost of repairing them they were painted over. Doesn't make sense as the entire door had to be painted.
