I think there was some confusion/misunderstanding on what was agreed upon for the work to be done. I asked for not only the bumper to be repainted but also the grill which you can still see the scratch and rock chips. I also asked for the rock chips on the hood, A posts, and above the windshield to be repaired and weren’t. In fact no chips were repaired. I wouldn’t have the clear bra installed if the chips weren’t repaired. I’ll stop by in the morning to discuss.

The process took much, much longer than I (and they) anticipated. The completion date was originally estimated to be August 25. I picked up my auto on September 24. The finished product is beautiful however!
