When I first saw the complete repairs that were done to my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara I was so blessed to know that I took my Jeep to the right place for repairs everything looks immaculate on it still today after I picked it up last week I took it to the car wash to make it nice and shiny and nothing can make it shinier than what you all have done for my Jeep and I appreciate you very much thank you for all that you do God bless

I am not completely satisfied with the repair experience. After picking up my Genesis, I noticed an air/noise issue from the rear passenger side at speed, the damaged rear wheel was not replaced, and the vehicle does not feel like it has been returned to its pre-loss condition. This is frustrating because the repair took a long time, the estimate increased significantly, and I live about 45 minutes away, so returning repeatedly is a major inconvenience. I would like someone to contact me with a clear plan to inspect and correct these concerns, including the rear passenger-side noise, the wheel, alignment/suspension concerns, and why the vehicle does not feel right after the repair.

I appreciated that time was taken to repair my vehicle. I appreciated being notified of time developments. I was happy that when more things needed to be repaired, they were. I would recommend your repair shop to everyone. I truly trust your work, and love the work completed . Thank you for fixing all of my vehicles problems. Wind/Air is coming in around driver door and paint is not satisfactory. There was no noise from wind before. This car was quiet except for tire noise. Black fastener bolt was taped to firewall under hood.
