The estimated date of pick up was delayed twice which led to car rental fees and costs. . No one apologized or even called to inform me. I ended up calling to confirm pick up both times and then I was told the car was not ready. Great work, just not very professional.

The work was excellent, though it took longer than expected. While I don't blame Blvd for the delays, there was very little communication and I would have to call every couple days to check on the status.
