I was charged for a new front grille. The grill was damaged when your technician removed the front bumper. I was told I had to pay for that or go without a grille. I spent 28 years as a business owner, providing customer services to major corporations. In cases where mistakes were made by our company, we paid the total cost. I am amazed that your company does not do the same. I am doing more research on this.
