The front lateral panel (above wheel) is somewhat loose and requires tightening. This is especially evident comparing it with the contralateral panel, which was not touched. I will bring the car back to re-tighten this piece. Everything else seems to be fine. Thank you. Miguel Reyes-Múgica, MD

Staff members- particularly Tim- were lovely. Car repair took Incrediby long- 15 days- very stressful. Can't image the repair work could not be more efficiently completed.

Detail inside not as clean as expected. Outside did not look like it was buffed at all. I also requested the "dent guy" look at my car as the body shop recommended, in the 8 hours my car was in the shop he did not look at or fix the dent and I was told when I picked up my "finished car" that he could come in a few minutes, at the time of pick up I was in a hurry to get to an appointment.
