Our technicians can repair steel, aluminum, and carbon fiber bodies. We keep pace with BMW's growth in technology and are the only body shop certified to repair the BMW iBrand cars that have an aluminum chassis and a complete carbon fiber body. Your teams were great to work with, from front of house to the car inspection/diagnostic walk-through and handover. Every team member was personable and accommodative. I appreciate the text-based updates system and team responsiveness. Also appreciated the smooth coordination with insurance coverage and payment. The car was completed in great condition and with obvious care and full transparency. Great team and experience.

Completely satisfied. They took a little longer than the initial estimation, but their reasons were valid and they kept us informed of revisions and progress, with a very satisfying rate of responsiveness and a helpful communication system. The car was returned fully cleaned on the exterior and interior. The repairs were immaculate and I felt fully relieved that there were no hiccups or caveats with the repairs or pick up. It was a very smooth and stress free coordination. The personnel on both the floor and the office were all very pleasant to work with. They were also very transparent with the inspection and line items for the repairs. Very much appreciated their work.
