The service that was provided was phenomenal. The workers are very attentive, friendly and easy to talk to. I was greeted by smiling faces when I entered the building. They knew my name, car and what was needing to be done. I signed papers and gave them my keys. They were able to contact the rental company to pick me up from the shop. They were so accommodating they even offered to wait for me after hours to drop the car off since I work so far. I am definitely going here if I ever need my car worked on again! They provide a car cleaning as well, which I was shocked because it has been some time since I’ve washed it. Thank you for your outstanding service!

The team at Fix Auto Downtown LA made the process much easier than I expected. They worked directly with my insurance company, kept me informed throughout the repair process, and completed the repair much faster than I anticipated. They also helped coordinate my rental car return, which saved me a lot of time and stress. The repair was completed quickly, my car is running great again, and everyone I interacted with was professional, helpful, and understanding during a difficult situation. I’m very grateful for their assistance and would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with an unexpected vehicle repair.
